"When appropriate, a running analysis will be conducted to better understand why your symptoms may be occurring. Your therapist will then work with you to help improve your form and efficiency to allow you to return to running pain free and with decreased risk of injury in the future.
Every runner, individual, and injury is unique, which is why you won"t just be handed a certain set of exercises because you have knee pain and sent on your way. Your plantar fasciitis may be different than your friend"s and therefore require a different treatment approach. Your therapist will work with you to develop an individualized plan through hands on therapies, exercise, and movement retraining to address your specific needs and goals. We know that when the foot hits the ground everything in your body changes, so we thoroughly take a whole- body approach which also includes a running shoe assessment and recommendation.
