"This workshop will include learning about
the anatomical/physical structures of the hips and the muscles that support it. We will break down the
hip/pelvic girdle function in forwards folds, twists, inversions, and backbends. Lastly, we will explore
how the hips internal and external rotational muscles are perfectly aligned to support, stabilize, and
move the hips while in our yoga postures. This workshop will include a 45-minute practice using the
terms and concepts learned previously with additional time for Q and A.
