"My unique version of distance energy work is a blend of Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki and for those interested also Shamanic work. Energy Work is not limited to space and time like bodywork or massage are. With massage we need a body on a table to work on. With energy work we have the ability to affect the body, mind, and spirit in amazing ways. By using intention and knowledge of anatomy and physiology we can make great changes from long distances. This is a new idea to the western world but is something that has been practiced for many years and in various cultures. Distance work carries all the benefits of "in-office" Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki and Shamanic work. It is good for everyone! It is gentle enough for babies and elderly people and everyone in between. Right now we are limited to our homes and/or work and are unable to see our healthcare team in person. Our community still needs care and support during this uncertain time. Distance work can help ease pain and discomfort in the body, mind, and spirit by releasing and decreasing the stress on the nervous system."
