In this place, there is a tendency towards nihilism. There is no point to anything when nothing matters. What's the point of trying to figure it out?!
Remember that it is incredibly normal to struggle with accepting the unknown.
As part of the human experience, we ask ourselves these questions and feel frustrated when we cannot provide answers.
The sense of purpose you have going forward can be reignited by, creating your own meaning, reconnecting with self, asking "how do I exist in the world" and "what are my core values"?
Most importantly remind yourself that existential dread and how you are experiencing it, is normal.
