"NEST is designed to help adults experiencing homelessness navigate available resources and sign up to receive assistance. Services offered may include assistance in accessing primary medical care, case management and advocacy, outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, group therapy, drug detox, mental health counseling and evaluation, SSI/SSDI assistance from a public benefits specialist, Oregon birth certificate requests, and transportation to appointments.ssistance with applications for the Oregon Health Plan and help with successfully using health insurance is available."
