Why this resource is helpful:

"Every Saturday from 10-11am PST. Offered in-person at my downtown Eugene studio (masks required) or via Zoom.

This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.

If you are not able to attend in-person or virtually, I can send you a recording of the class for you to do on your own time. The recording will be yours forever!

$8 Students/Seniors
$10 General Admission

Please venmo* me @tinaglausi and send me an email once you have done so (tinajoy118@gmail.com). You will then receive a receipt with a Zoom link if you decide to attend virtually.
