"A gentle yoga class focused on poses for relieving symptoms of PTSD, calming the nervous system, and relaxation. Class will include aspects of breathing, restorative yoga, yin yoga, gentle flows, and guided meditation. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace, spend some time quieting the mind, and take some time for yourself! Each class will begin with a breathing exercise, a gentle flow or yoga poses, and end with a guided meditation."
