"Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on, non-invasive modality that can create profound healing for the whole person. It releases tension and imbalances held in the craniosacral system which consists of the spine, the cranial bones, the cerebrospinal fluid, and the membrane system of the cranium.

Craniosacral Therapy directly impacts the functioning of the central nervous system thereby improving the body"s capacity to re-balance and self-correct. It deeply relaxes the body so that it can access its innate healing capacity.

CST has been known to help alleviate a wide variety of problems including: headaches, traumatic head injuries, concussion syndrome, neck and low back pain, hip pain, stress related problems, immune disorders, fibromyalgia, central nervous system, disorders, TMJ Syndrome, Autism, chronic fatigue, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and many more conditions.

Craniosacral therapy addresses the body, mind, spirit energetically and physically with touch that opens up blocked and stagnated channels so that the client can receive healing. It offers the client a space of deep stillness for accessing healing and wisdom for change.

A typical craniosacral session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Generally the client is clothed for this type of session.

You may also choose to blend a craniosacral session with massage therapy. This is a great way to experience the combined benefits of massage therapy and the gentle healing qualities of craniosacral therapy."
