Scrapping your 'To Do' list for a 'To Be' list

"Are you someone who constantly creates a"to-do" list? These lists tend to just get longer and longer, and you never actually finish all the tasks on them! And, to make it worse, you probably beat yourself up about not getting enough things done each day.

A list can be helpful at times, but often leads to suffering.

Blowing up the endless "to do" list
I invite you to consider something radical. What if you just blew up the idea of a list and any need to to fix, change or improve yourself or your lie. Why not take a radical, bold and True perspective that you are already enough exactly as you are. Let"s read that again "you are already enough exactly as you are"

I"ve been experimenting with this approach lately and it has felt incredibly liberating. For much of my life I"ve been hooked on making neverending lists, goals and plans.

My short and simple "to be" list
My new approach has been to employ a much shorter list. These are four simple reminders to apply to every situation:

Breathe
I know I can breathe through ANY situation. It"s" the most basic, fundamental aspect of being alive. It grounds me and relaxes me into the present moment.
Feel
I feel whatever arises in my body an emotions, feeling, thought, etc. No matter what arises, all it is REALLY is, is a vibration of energy that creates a certain sensation.
Surrender
I surrender to whatever that vibration is. I no longer label them as "good" or "bad." That is just an illusion/lie/story that I attached to them. The pure, raw experience / Truth is that they are simply distinct vibrations of energy.
Appreciate
Lastly, I appreciate whatever it is that has shown up. No matter if it"s something that i would have once concerned negative or undesirable. All sensations are welcome (and impermanent). Getting to experience a wide array of emotions / thoughts / feelings are what makes life fun and interesting. If we only felt one type of emotions/thoughts/feelings I imagine life would be extremely boring!"
