Supported Housing

Why this resource is helpful:

Quoted From: https://codainc.org/services/supported-housing/

"For the safety of our patients, the location of our supported housing treatment center is provided only to patients once they are enrolled in the program.
What to Expect
Our unique program blends supportive care with long-term strategies for family success. Patients at Stepping Stones work with a team that includes a live-in house manager to assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and parenting skills; a residential aide to facilitate transportation to healthcare, treatment and recovery supports; a case manager to coordinate individualized wrap-around services including vocational and education resources; support groups; and peer recovery mentors.
Stepping Stones is equipped to house 14 women and 28 children at this time. The program is available to women at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level who reside in Washington County, have substance use issues, and are eligible for a reunification plan.
