Evolve Health is a full service mental health clinic. We provide intranasal Spravato(TM) for treatment-resistant depression. We also provide ketamine infusions for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We focus on wellness, lifestyle medicine, and addressing the whole person to help people feel and think better.
Our goal is to invest in people so that they are inspired to invest in themselves and others.

I care about you as a whole person. Empathetic, nonjudgmental listening is one of my strengths. I will perform a comprehensive psychiatric assessment to help you understand what your symptoms mean and how they can be managed. While psychiatric medications are often helpful, I believe that considering the whole person and integrating exercise, healthy diet habits and managing life circumstances are all important. I am appreciative of your interest in alternative treatments and will provide support for those as appropriate. Therapy is an important aspect of treating mental health. I engage in supportive therapy techniques and will refer to a psychotherapist for those who would benefit. I believe that experiencing psychiatric medication management in a safe environment is the first step forward to feeling empowered and in control of your life.
