There is no "one size fits all" approach to mental health. My specialty is blending evidenced-based neuroscience with compassion-focused, brief interpersonal therapy to establish your goals for care. Together, we will determine the approach that will work best for you to stabilize your symptoms to optimize healing, resiliency, self-compassion, and growth.

Struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of focus, fatigue, trauma, or mood instability can make it difficult to keep up with daily life. Life can be challenging and full of uncertainty, but learning to care for ourselves in the process doesn't have to be. I believe Healing = Feeling Heard Symptom Relief Learning New Skills Self-Compassion. I help people balance the demands toxic stress places on the mind and body by combining the use of Western Medicine with Eastern Traditions to promote healing the divide by using an integrative approach to care. I am also a former Emergency/Trauma/ICU nurse and care a great deal for my fellows on the front line! How can I help?
This practice is a telepsychiatry practice and clients can receive care in the comfort of their own home.
