Struggling with anxiety, depression, lack of focus, fatigue, trauma, or mood instability can make it difficult to keep up with daily life. Life can be challenging and full of uncertainty, but learning to care for ourselves in the process doesn't have to be. I help people balance the demands toxic stress places on the mind and body by combining the use of Western Medicine with Eastern Traditions to promote healing the divide by using an integrative approach to care. I am also a former Emergency/Trauma/ICU nurse and care a great deal for my fellows on the front line! How can I help?
