Are you struggling to understand a relationship that may be abusive, or trying to heal from a relationship you know is abusive? I am a counselor specializing in healing from narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and adult children of childhood abuse. If you have struggled with relationships with family members or romantic partners who have personality disorders, psychotic disorders or substance abuse, I can help you sort out your goals for healing and help you get to a better place. I can also help you address health issues and anxiety related to trauma, forgetfulness and exhaustion, ptsd, being a "highly sensitive person", and more. I also provide support groups for these areas.

In addition to one-on-one counseling for adults, I provide support groups in this area, speak on an international survivor podcast annually, teach classes for healing abuse locally and online, and am a board member on the education board at Lovefraud.com.

I'm here to help share in your journey. Walking through it together, we can talk about where you've been and where you'd like to be. I want to help you identify your strengths and goals, show you how to use resources available to you, and help you to bring balance back into your life.

TYPES OF THERAPY:

I provide individual therapy for adults (over 18) and groups for adults (over 18). I do not provide couples or family counseling.

BILLING:

Insurances I accept include: PacificSource, Moda, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna and Oregon Medicaid (OPEN CARD only). I am happy to bill as an out of network therapist as well - often this is just as affordable as an in-network provider.

TO REACH ME:

For fastest response, please email me at tiffany.kettermann@gmail.com to inquire about services. Include in your email the issues you want to address and your insurance provider in the email so I can best help you!
