My goal is to help you uncover your true potential, as well as to unlock a willingness to celebrate your true self. My therapy sessions are designed to help you better understand and resolve challenges in your life whether they be current or past. Together we will work through and unearth longstanding behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling life. We'll explore ways to use mindfulness, increase stress tolerance, and improve personal relationship skills.

My Practice Started in: 2007
For as long as I can remember, I've been curious about human nature and human psychology. As a kid, my two favorite things were creating art and asking questions. During college, I studied fine art and painting and worked at a job teaching men on the autistic spectrum. I realized as we sat creating art together, the conversation would become more relaxed and open. Later, I learned of a career that would marry both of my favorite things, art and psychology.

I love that my career is multifaceted and always changing. I've had the pleasure of working with many incredibly inspirational clients. I've been everywhere from an adult center for people with Alzheimer's to creating art therapy groups for their caregivers, to teaching college classes on art therapy. I've worked with teens that are LGBT and the Boys and Girls Club in a group for girls to feel heard and seen.

I also can be found working with clients with trauma using EMDR. I always love using my creative outlets to find new and exciting ways to help people connect what they're feeling on the inside and bring it to life on the outside.

Most importantly, I am truly honored to be able to do the work that I do. Daily, I feel humbled and inspired by my clients for taking vulnerable and courageous steps to reaching their goals.
