I treat all those chronic problems your doctor doesn't know what to do about or wants to medicate and you think there might be another way. Digestive problems, IBS, high cholesterol, brain fog, low energy, low thyroid, food sensitivities, pre-diabetes, help finding a healthy weight. I run a private nutrition practice from my home in La Center, WA. Currently, it is exclusively telehealth over the phone or secure video link.

My Practice Started in: 2003
After working in the exciting field of biomedical research for 10 years, I switched gears dramatically. My focus went onto preventative medicine. More specifically, how could we learn how to take our health into our OWN hands and support health and healing in our bodies. My search led me to study, practice and teach yoga, pranayama, meditation, nutrition and functional medicine. In my own life, I have used these tools (along with conventional methods) when I needed healing from skin disorders, post-partum depression, anxiety, and insomnia. I run a private functional nutrition practice currently seeing people virtually from my home in La Center, Washington. That's where I live with my husband, two teens who I've homeschooled off and on, a cattle dog named Ozzy, Little Kitty, 20 chickens (give or take), and a very big garden.
