My Practice Started in: 2019
I provide support for a range of emotional issues including working with body image issues, grief and loss, learning differences, and adjustment issues. I
also have a great passion for working with and supporting LGBTQIA2SP and GNC communities. In a comfortable atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's needs to help attain the personal growth and social support their striving for.I utilize a strengths-based, resiliency approach meaning that everyone has the capacity to heal and find purpose &meaning in their lives regardless of their situation. I also believe in a holistic approach believing that mind, body, spirit are all involved in the healing process and can be integrated if chosen. I can help those in difficult life transitions: whether it be a death of a loved one (human or pet), change or loss of a significant relationship (romantic, family or friend), relocation adjustments, adjusting to sobriety, struggling with feelings of not being enough and walking through the world learning differently but being told to conform. I also work with life stress as well as adjusting to new roles or life stages (leaving home, becoming a new parent, aging, retirement, divorce).
I work with both late adolescents, young adults, and adults. I'm in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Providence, Private Pay, Out-of-Network benefits. I can provide in-person or virtual appointments.
I look forward to connecting with you!
