My Practice Started in: 2020
With over 20 years in the field I have worked in a group practice setting, community mental health settings, residential treatment centers, primary care physicians and special education classrooms. I have extensive experience working with adults, teens, children and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life transitions, grief and loss and much more.
When I am not providing therapy I enjoy getting outside in my garden, hiking, running, spending time with my two children and two fuzzy felines.
