"COVID-19 brings up a lot of fears for uslearning how to sanitize and wash hands, we"re watching our every move, staying 6 feet away, we"re on alert when people cough or sneeze. We may be finding ourselves scanning for signs of the coronavirus in our own body.
We can then feel like our body is an alien. But we need to befriend it. We need to remain friends with the body whether we"re sick or not. Show appreciation for our body knowing it"s doing the best it can, and it needs our support.
