"Circle of Security Parenting is an 8-week long relationship based parenting curriculum designed to enrich attachment between parents/ caregivers and children.
Parents and caregivers attend the classes without their children offering an opportunity to explore not only the adult"s relationship with their child but also their understanding of attachment. I like to remind participants in the class that there is no perfect parenting and the classes are meant to be guilt-free.
The program is designed to help participants be good enough parents and to have increased understanding of themselves and what is happening for their children."
