"Did you know that your heart actually gives off more electrical impulses than your brain?

The heart actually sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart! These heart signals have a significant effect on brain functioninfluencing emotional processing as well as higher cognitive faculties such as attention, perception, memory, and problem-solving.

In other words, not only does the heart respond to the brain, but the brain continuously responds to the heart.

So why then do we try to solve problems and lower stress by focusing on the brain, the less powerful tool?

There is a better way. And it's to use the amazing power of the human heart.

Here's quick but highly effective way to lower your stress and begin to use intuition and creative imagination . Its called the 3-2-1 technique as referred to in the Silva Method.

If the brain is an Iphone 6 the heart is an Iphone 11 with dual cameras and a leather case.

Sit up straight and picture a movie screen out in front of you

Picture and say the number 3 three times out load (each time getting quieter)

Now inhale...release... and let your head sink a little

Picture and say the number 2 three times out load (quieter and quieter)

Inhale... release... and notice your head sinking even lower.

Picture and say the number 1 three times out loud

Now your chin should rest on or near your chest

Inhale... release... and focus your attention on your heart

Now gently focus on either your red heart energy or your light green heart chakra (energy center). And notice that energy spinning..

Now you ask yourself: Why am I so lucky? And let your heart respond.

I'm lucky because people love me

I'm lucky because I have a nice tv with Netflix

I'm lucky because I'm guided by my inner being

I'm lucky because I'm connected to mother earth

I'm lucky because I get to be me"
