"Having provided millions of hours of service to Medicaid and other government-funded clients over more than four decades, we became painfully aware of what we couldn"t do, things that made sense to keep a person in their home and keep families together, but just didn"t fit within "the rules." Upon completion of our "Aging with Dignity" capital campaign in 2018, we started the "Living with Dignity" program to help solve the everyday challenges that can be the difference between staying at home and moving to a nursing home or other setting.Living with Dignity has funded home modifications and wheelchair ramps, helped with purchasing medications or needed appliances, organized volunteer "clean up" parties for client homes, and provided scholarships for services like adult day health, and much more!"
