Fear of Grief - Love and Growth, L. L. C.Quoted From: http://lovegrowthcoaching.com/2021/01/18/fear-of-grief/
Grief itself is not the heaviness but fear of grief, the overwhelm of the unknown of the letting go Of the parts of ourselves interwoven With the lost thing, be it person, place or dream In grief we enter the deep well Cooling water down below Rhythmic and slow The heartbeat of the mother We can never lose As we release we move closer to her Into ourselves and our sobs we move deeper Allowing her waters to wash it away The tender brush of tears from our face Softly carving out more space Knowing our hearts hold all the things Who we were and who we are, who we are becoming, who we love and who we have loved and who has loved us, what we have carried and what we have put down and what we hold most dear, what is and has always been true underneath May we dive swiftly through the layer of weight To greet the lightness in which we soften, Surrender, allow, honor, remember May the fullness of our hearts be what cracks them open.
"Grief itself is not the heaviness but fear of grief, the overwhelm of the unknown of the letting go Of the parts of ourselves interwoven With the lost thing, be it person, place or dream In grief we enter the deep well Cooling water down below Rhythmic and slow The heartbeat of the mother"
