Through the Information & Assistance Program, we connect seniors to a full range of community resources designed to give you choice, respect your independence and foster your well-being. Simply contact us and our knowledgeable and caring staff will align your needs and eligibility to the services that can help you most. We serve seniors, adults with disabilities and family caregivers in Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania and Wahkiakum counties
