"When you are grieving the loss of a loved one, you need your Community more than ever. Community Home Health & Hospice offers a safe place to find hope and healing with personalized, free support open to everyone in the community not just those touched by hospice.
Anyone who has lost a loved one through an accident, violence, suicide, natural causes or military activity may participate. All support services are free of charge and facilitated by staff and volunteers with specialized grief training.
We provide grief support groups in Cowlitz County and Clark County as well as Camp Cedars, a youth summer camp. For more information contact GriefSupport@chhh.org or 360.703.0300."
