Intensive Outpatient Program
Columbia River offers an Intensive Outpatient Program. This program meets all the requirements for Deferred Prosecution and court requirements for IOP.

CDDR (Center for Dual Diagnosis and Recovery)
CDDR (Center for Dual Diagnosis and Recovery) provides a safe, supportive treatment environment designed to empower participants to achieve and maintain their personal recovery form co-occurring disorders.

CDDR MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment)
CCDR also provides a Medication (such as Methadone, Suboxone, and Buprenorphine for opioid treatment) Assisted Treatment option with a structured program with daytime and evening groups.

Young Adult Outpatient Program
Columbia River supports young adults in recovery. We offer outpatient groups & assessments for ages 18-25 yrs old.
