Kids Yoga Classes - Vancouver Washington

Why this resource is helpful:

Little Yogis at Yoga House offers yoga lessons for kids. It is a hatha-based yoga practice, focusing on kid-friendly poses, breathing, balance, and relaxation. Students will be guided through a fun series of poses where they can roar like a lion, flutter like a butterfly, learn to stand strong like a tree, and many more.

Yoga is a healthy and gentle exercise that involves stretching, and balance. Practicing yoga helps children get in touch with their emotions, release frustrations, and become aware of themselves through breathing, movement, and mindfulness. Children may modify poses to accommodate their individual abilities and comfort level. Classes are 45-60 minutes long depending on age group.
Kids classes are for children aged 6-12. Little Yogis offers private family and group classes too. Yoga mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own. More questions? See our frequently asked questions page, or read the yoga blog.
