"Little Yogis at Yoga House offers yoga lessons for kids. It is a hatha-based yoga practice, focusing on kid-friendly poses, breathing, balance, and relaxation. Students will be guided through a fun series of poses where they can roar like a lion, flutter like a butterfly, learn to stand strong like a tree, and many more.
Yoga is a healthy and gentle exercise that involves stretching, and balance. Practicing yoga helps children get in touch with their emotions, release frustrations, and become aware of themselves through breathing, movement, and mindfulness. Children may modify poses to accommodate their individual abilities and comfort level. Classes are 45-60 minutes long depending on age group.
