Mission- Using a wide umbrella of mental health awareness, our mission is to implement mindfulness and movement practices that are inclusive to all populations and income levels, with an increased focus on programs available for our children, youth, and first responders!
Our Current Community Outreach Programs-
Sliding Scale /Yoga Scholarships- We have had the privilege of honoring sliding scale/ free yoga to many individuals and families in need over the past 3 years. Their appreciation, gratitude, and improved sense of well- being fully reinforce our mission.
Mindful Me Program- Currently working with Truman Elementary, Harney Elementary and Fruit Valley Elementary. We offer movement, mindfulness and social/emotional skills to lower income schools within the Vancouver area
Free Yoga for Emergency Service workers-
Wednesday- Yoga Nidra at 3pm and Yoga for stress relief at 7:15pm are donation based classes that we offer for free to our Emergency Service Workers, Veterans and Teachers.
Our Goals As We Grow-
Expand our Mindful Me Program to all the lower income schools within the Vancouver and Evergreen school district.
Teach our teachers how to bring moments of mindfulness into their classroom. All on a sliding scale.
Develop our kids programs at Simply Yoga with more classes and a variety of offerings.
Add more donation based classes to our current class schedule focusing on- Stress Reduction, Mindfulness and Meditation, Yoga for new and expecting mothers , Trauma Informed Yoga,
