"Vancouver Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services' certified personal trainers can help you get fit! As we age, we lose muscle. The only way to slow down the process of "atrophy," or muscle loss, is strength training. Our personal trainers are knowledgeable working with all age groups. They will consider your abilities, weaknesses and goals as they help design a program for you. Trainers are available at both Firstenburg and Marshall centers to motivate you to improve your overall health and maximize your fitness level."
