COMBINING THE ELEMENTS OF THAI MASSAGE AND YOGA IS AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE TO RECEIVE.
How the session will begin:
You will help me design the perfect session for you by discussing the goals that you hope to accomplish from the session, followed by an overall analysis of your body"s movements and massage to establish problem areas you may have.
For example: If you have an injury we can work together to strengthen the muscles that are weak, stretch muscles that are tight and relax the whole body including the nervous system.
The session will look differently for each individual, but always remember the more you help and direct our sessions the more empowered you will feel and many times this allows you to heal faster.
I find that the combination of yoga with massage brings wonderful long term results.
