Ready for yoga, but not ready to join a class?

Private yoga sessions break down all the yoga basics and get you started on a home program with movement, breath-work and meditation. Whether it's muscle aches and pain, energy levels, stress or anxiety - you will be amazed at the many tools yoga has to offer to address all parts of ourselves.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to yoga. Our goal is to develop a safe and effective practice that you enjoy and that works for you so you can meet your goals and get back to doing what you love to do.

Yoga Therapy is a good fit for you if.
You have a specific health challenge that limits you in your life and the activities you enjoy. This challenge may be low back pain, neck and shoulder tension and chronic or acute pain.
You want to learn some very specific yoga tools to contribute to your quality of life such as how to manage nagging pain and tension or how to incoporate stress relief tools and mindfulness techniques.
You want to learn some helpful yoga basics before beginning a group class or home practice.
You want to dive into breath work or meditation and create a meaningful daily practice.

Individual Yoga Therapy sessions with Emily Olson are an opportunity for us to work together to address your specific goals and health concerns.
