"Vinyasa is a method of yoga in which movements form a flowing sequence in coordination with the breath. We include sun salutations between postures in order to create a continuation of movements between static poses. Static poses may be held up to five breaths and include dynamic muscular engagement that promotes full-body expression in the posture."
